Transfer & Cancellation Policy
4-Day Intensive Parent Training

Transfer/Cancellation Policy:
A deposit is required to reserve your space in the Parent Workshops. A non-refundable cancellation fee is charged for all cancellations, after a deposit has been paid.

Non-refundable cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit and apply as follows:

• Cancellation made more than 4 weeks prior to the training will incur a $450 USD fee.
• Cancellation made between 4 weeks to 1 week of the start date of the training will incur a $600 USD fee.
• Cancellation within 1 week of the start date of the training will incur half of the total fee.

A transfer fee is defined as removing your deposit payment from one Parent Workshop to ensure your spot at another Parent Workshop. Transfer fees are non-refundable. Transfer fees will be deducted from your original deposit and apply as follows:

• Transfer made more than 4 weeks prior to the start of the workshop will incur a $200 USD fee.
• Transfer made within 4 weeks of the start of the workshop will incur a $400 USD fee.

Please note that your space at the workshop is not guaranteed until you have received confirmation from Nisha Patel, Parent Training Coordinator. Because registrations can be submitted in person, by phone, or by fax, all parent training registrations are date and time stamped once they are received, and registrations are confirmed and processed in chronological order.
