RDIconnect reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. You grant RDIconnect and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify RDIconnect for all claims resulting from content you supply. RDIconnect respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us immediately, help@rdiconnect.com.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from RDIconnect are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
RDIconnect attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, RDIconnect does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by RDIconnect itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting store.rdiconnect.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and RDIconnect.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to RDIconnect.com or to products or services sold or distributed by RDIconnect or through RDIconnect.com shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
PRIVACY POLICY
RDIconnect takes your privacy very seriously. RDIconnect does not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers.
There are times when it may be advantageous for RDIconnect to make certain personal information about you available to companies that RDIconnect has a strategic relationship with or that perform work for RDIconnect to provide products and services to you on our behalf. These companies may help us process information, fulfill customer orders, deliver products to you, manage and enhance customer data, and provide customer service. These companies are also obligated to protect your personal information in accordance with RDIconnect’s policies, except if we inform you otherwise at the time of collection. For example, when you purchase a product and want it to be shipped, you authorize RDIconnect and its shipping carrier to exchange the information that you provide during the activation process to carry out service. If you are approved for service, your account will be governed by RDIconnect and its carrier’s respective privacy policies. Without such information being made available, it would be difficult for you to purchase products, have products delivered to you, receive customer service, provide us feedback to improve our products and services, or access certain services, offers, and content on the RDIconnect website.
At times we may be required by law or litigation to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary.
Information given when making a purchase in the online store (name, address, email address, credit card information, etc.) will be used for the purpose of processing and shipping orders. The information may also be used by RDIconnect for marketing purposes only.
At any time, individuals can stop receiving our emails by updating their member profile by clicking on 'My Account' and click on the 'No' button next to the 'OK to EMail' statement.

SECURITY
RDIconect takes precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
The RDIconnect Online Store uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. SSL is the industry standard protocol used to deliver secure content over the Internet. Unique user names and passwords are required to access an account. To make purchases from the RDIconnect Store, you must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Safari, Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later, or Internet Explorer. Doing so protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it’s transmitted over the Internet.

PLACING YOUR ORDER
The order confirmation page means that your order has been sent to us. Please document your confirmation number for future reference.
Texas Sales Tax (8.25%) applies for purchases with a shipping/delivery address in the state of Texas.
Should RDIconnect determine that an order may be fraudulent, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order for any reason at any time.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT
We accept credit card payments from American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept checks at this time.
SALES, DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Sale, discounted or promotional prices are valid through the stated period (or published period) and are good only while supplies last. Discounts are based on the product total only and do not apply to shipping and sales tax. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer unless specified on the website.
CHOKING HAZARD
The items included in the RDA kit products are intended for use during the RDA1 Assessment and are not intended for general use outside of an assessment. Children interacting with any of the items in the kit should be supervised at all times. Small parts in the kits, may present a choking hazard for children less than 3 years of age.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCTS
(excludes workshop registrations)
RDIconnect provides refunds for defective merchandise only. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order. Items returned because the customer has changed his/her mind will not qualify for a refund.
RDIconnect maintains a strict, 14-day return policy. If you need to make a return, you must contact us within the 14 days of placing your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Please be advised that refunds and credits can only be given to the individual who purchased the items. Refunds will incur a restocking fee of $10.00 for each item returned.
To return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return your purchase, by contacting our customer service department. We will be unable to process refunds on items if you have not contacted our customer service department in advance and obtained the RA# for your order.
Please provide the following information when communicating with customer service:
Reason for the return.
Date the order was placed.
Confirmation number, if order was placed in the online store.
If you are trying to return a DVD, please let us know the following:
-Is your TV/DVD player NTSC or PAL?
-Did the DVD work when you first received it? Or was this your first time playing it?
-Is it scratched or damaged?
-Are you trying to play the DVD on the DVD player in your personal computer or laptop?
-If so, have you tried re-booting, emptying your cache and playing again?
-If so, what software are you using to view the DVD?

SHIPPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
The order confirmation page means that your order has been sent to us. Please document your confirmation number for future reference. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has been placed. Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to be shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number coordinating with the shipping service that you selected.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (not including US holidays). Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day (not including US holidays). Exceptions: US holidays can cause delay of delivery up to 2 business days. Orders are NOT delivered on Saturday, Sunday or most major holidays.
If you select In-store Pickup as your method of delivery, please make sure you can pick up your order from our Houston office location between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. It is highly recommended that you call to let the office staff know what time you will be arriving so that we can be sure that your order is available for you. *When selecting In-store Pickup, you must enter our office address as your shipping address: 4130 Bellaire Blvd., Houston, TX 77025.
Every attempt is made by our staff to fulfill orders within the first 24 hours of the first business day that the order is received. During seasons when a particularly high volume of orders are being processed (eg. holidays, release of a new product) the staff will make every effort to fulfill orders within the first 48 hours of the first business day that the order is received.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
