Families interested in working with the RDI programs can start by contacting one of our Certified Consultants. These professionals come from a variety of backgrounds and specialties and act as facilitator and primary guide to parents as they navigate the program and identify and overcome obstacles. Because of a consultant’s unique ability to tailor programs to a family’s lifestyle and culture, parents are encouraged to choose a consultant that best compliments their daily life, personality and specific needs.
Below is a list of professionals who have attained the status of Certified Consultant in the Family Consultation Program. Certifications in additional RDI Programs are listed by the individual profile information.
Re-certification Status: One star is awarded to the consultant each year he/she successfully completes the re-certification process with a minimum caseload of 5 families.
Supervisor Status: A medal is awarded to consultants who have attained supervisory status for at least one year and continue to maintain it.

Grievance Process
RDIconnect™ serves as the educational entity that trains and certifies professionals
to work with families using our unique programs. Once a consultant is
certified, they are private practitioners who recruit and work with clients
outside of the scope of our organization. RDIconnect™ does not have a direct relationship with
these clients* nor do we get involved in the relationship between consultant
and client, which is private and confidential. Because of the confidential
nature of these relationships, RDIconnect™ cannot monitor issues or disputes about
billing, scheduling, communication, or any other conflict outside the scope of
the consultant’s ethical practices.
All RDI™ Certified Consultants must abide by a code of standards and ethics as well as program protocols and must go through a re-certification
process every year. If you have reason to believe that a consultant is
violating the standard of ethics or RDI protocol, please file
a written complaint here.
*While RDIconnect maintains
family accounts in the RDI Learning Community, this represents no clinical
relationship. Even within the Community, the professional-client relationship
is private.
