Since June 2003, I have been working with autistic children and their families. I understands the complex demands made on parents in helping their children and developing their relationship and the emotional journey many are going through. My enthusiasm and commitment shine through in helping families be the best they can be. I admire the persistence of parents in helping their children with the challenges they face.

The experience I have gained has been an insight into autism. Spending so much time on a one to one basis with children with autism has made me want more for their quality of life. Since training in the RDI® programme, it has become evident to me that it covers aspects that are not available in other programmes for autism. The best aspect of this programme is that it truly empowers parents to interact effectively with their child. Following my RDI® training I continue to embrace and encourage naturally nurturing approaches that empower parents and professionals.
