About Andreja
I am an Educational & Behaviour Consultant (M.Ed.), Certified RDI® (Relationship Development Intervention) Consultant, and Certified Yoga Teacher specializing in making yoga & mindfulness inclusive and accessible for children and adults with diverse needs.
With over 15 years of experience in the neurodiversity field, I empower parents, neurodivergent individuals, and educators through education, guidance, and training. As the founder of Autism & Neurodiversity Consulting Ltd, I provide support to families and professionals, helping them navigate both the challenges and joys of raising and teaching neurodivergent individuals.
Based in London, I work globally, creating positive and lasting change through workshops, webinars, and professional training on RDI, special education, mindset, and mindfulness. I also lead RDI® Professional Training in Europe and the Balkans, sharing my expertise in both English and Croatian.
My Journey
My career began as a primary and secondary school teacher, where my first experience working with an autistic student shaped my future path. After studying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the Florida Institute of Technology, I discovered RDI® in 2019, which completely transformed my approach to supporting neurodivergent individuals. I trained with RDIConnect Houston and became a certified consultant.
In 2024, I earned a PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) Level 1 Certificate, further strengthening my ability to support individuals with PDA.
In 2025, I expanded my work by offering RDI® professional training in the UK and Europe/Balkans—an exciting new chapter in my journey!
Mindfulness and Positive Thinking
I am also a certified yoga teacher for neurodivergent individuals, offering both group and private sessions. Trained in yoga and mindfulness with Shawnee Thornton Hardy and Gurmukh, I integrate mindfulness into my work, helping clients build calm, focus, and resilience.
Why I Love My Work
Helping families and educators build meaningful connections with neurodivergent individuals brings me profound joy and purpose. Watching my clients grow, succeed, and develop confidence—while fostering a more inclusive and understanding world—is the heart of my work.
Guided by integrity, respect, consistency, and accountability, I am committed to helping create deeper connections and brighter futures for every individual I support.
