About Andrea

Andrea Marinac is a systemic family psychotherapist, holder of the European Certificate for Psychotherapy (ECP), and an RDI Consultant-in-Training. She is the founder of Kreativni dani by Kids&Co., a kindergarten in Zagreb, where she has been working for years with children with developmental difficulties and their families.

Her work is particularly dedicated to supporting parents who feel overwhelmed by therapy processes that focus on behavior but overlook emotional connection. In RDI, she found a developmental approach that brings parents back into the center of the relationship and helps families rediscover safety, spontaneity, and growth.

Andrea has extensive experience in individual and family therapy, with a special focus on adolescents, individuals with eating disorders, and families facing emotional crises, developmental challenges, and everyday struggles. Her therapeutic work is rooted in relational safety, contextual understanding, and empowering clients through meaningful dialogue and connection.

Over the years, she has also been active as a lecturer, educator, and volunteer in organizations that support youth, women in vulnerable life stages, and marginalized communities. Andrea believes that true change happens when we stop pathologizing the family and instead see it as a space of connection, resources, and potential.
