About Harsh

At 38 years old, Harsh Tharad is an impassioned and energetic individual who discovered his calling eight years ago while seeking personalized therapies tailored to meet the unique needs of his family. Guided by Dr. Sheely herself and motivated by his nephew’s journey, he found inspiration to embark on the path of becoming an RDI Consultant.

His dedication to the cause led Harsh to actively volunteer with esteemed NGOs such as the Spastics Society of Karnataka, Snehadhara Foundation, Sai Krishna Charitable Trust, and Bal Vikas Bhavan. His professional journey includes a significant tenure as a Consultant & Special Educator with PlayStreet Specially Abled Educare Trust, where he made substantial contributions.

Choosing to forgo having children of his own, Harsh committed himself entirely to the community of special needs kids. Alongside his expertise as a Certified RDI Consultant, he holds a post-graduation in Autism and has completed Level 1 training in Sensory Integration. Eager to broaden his knowledge, he is currently pursuing a Diploma in Child Psychology.

In his practice, Harsh goes above and beyond by limiting his clientele to 10 parents a year. This deliberate choice allows him to dedicate ample time and attention to each client, ensuring a personalized and effective approach. Beyond his professional endeavours, Harsh shares his expertise and insights on an impactful YouTube channel dedicated to assisting parents with RDI activity ideas.
