About Heeral

Heeral Sharma is an RDI® Consultant who has been supporting families since 2021. She brings a unique blend of professional training, consulting experience, lived experience, and creative teaching to her work with children and families. Her approach is rooted in helping parents slow down, observe more deeply, and build meaningful guided-participation moments that support thinking, flexibility, self-awareness, and emotional growth.

Heeral also brings extensive firsthand experience with homeschooling, giving her a deep understanding of how children learn outside traditional classroom structures and how parents can become powerful guides in everyday life. She supports families in creating learning experiences that are flexible, relationship-based, and responsive to each child’s developmental needs, interests, and pace.

As the founder of Wonder Loop™, Heeral created a simple thinking framework — Pause, Look, Wonder, Act, and Reflect — to help children become more aware of themselves, others, and the choices available in everyday situations. Wonder Loop grew from her consulting work with neurodivergent children and families, with the goal of making complex developmental ideas more accessible, playful, and practical.

Heeral is also the author of the Wonder Loop™ children’s book series, available on Amazon. Through stories, games, visual tools, and parent-guided activities, her books introduce children to flexible thinking, problem-solving, perspective taking, and reflection in a warm and engaging way. In her consulting work, Heeral partners with parents to move beyond behavior management and focus on long-term developmental growth, helping families create calmer, more connected relationships while supporting children in becoming thoughtful, resilient, and active participants in their own lives.
