About Irena

Irena Kos is the founder of a preschool educational institution in Zagreb, where she integrates the knowledge and practical experience gained through her ongoing graduate studies in psychology into her daily work with children and parents. One of her key professional interests is working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders, which led her to the RDI program. Irena is currently an RDI consultant in training, and is also pursuing further training in constructivist psychotherapy. She believes in the power of relationships and authentic communication.
