About Lily

Having lived in different countries, Lily brings many years of professional and personal experience supporting children and families from diverse backgrounds. Her most important and meaningful role, however, has been that of a mother to an adult son with autism and additional medical conditions. This firsthand experience has inspired her commitment to lifelong learning and deepened her understanding of and compassion for the neurodivergent community.

Lily was drawn to RDI® because of its evolving, developmental, and relationship-based approach, as well as its belief in the potential for growth in children, parents, and professionals. She values how RDI strengthens the parent-child guiding relationship, draws upon everyday family experiences, and honours each family’s unique strengths, needs, and culture.

As an RDI® Consultant, Lily considers it a privilege to serve as an illuminator—meeting families where they are, helping them discover possibilities for growth, and empowering parents to become increasingly confident and independent as mindful guides for their children. She seeks to grow in humility and curiosity, continually deepening her knowledge and learning alongside the families and professionals with whom she partners.
