About Matthew
I have had the pleasure of working with children and youth across contexts, cultures, and countries for over 15 years through camps, churches, after school programs, day cares, and now in an EIDBI center in the Twin Cities Metro. As someone who grew up with siblings who did or could have benefitted from additional supports like RDI consultation, I am overjoyed to be able to offer that impact to other families and children.
Working with children is like guiding them through a familiar trail in the woods. You generally know what it will look like, and it is a linear process.
Working with a child with ASD is more like climbing a new mountain together – you don’t know what it will be like, it will not be straightforward, but the progress is so much more rewarding.
As an RDI Consultant I cherish the opportunities I am given to equip parents with the tools to conquer mountains with their neurodivergent children.
