About Michelle
| Michelle Baldwin is an RDI Certified Consultant with over 20 years of experience supporting neurodiverse children, teens, and families across home, school, and community settings. Drawing on her extensive background as an Early Childhood Educator, ABA Support Worker, and private Behavioral Interventionist, Michelle blends lived experience with professional training to guide families in developing dynamic intelligence, resilience, and authentic relationships. Her work is uniquely dual-focused: in addition to her RDI practice, Michelle is also a sexual health educator, creating accessible, honest, and developmentally appropriate resources for neurodiverse youth and their families.
