About Stephanie

Hello! I’m Stephanie. I’m a wife, a mom to two amazing adult daughters, and someone who loves spending time outdoors with my family and fur babies.

For more than 28 years, I’ve supported neurodivergent children, youth, and their families. My journey began in early childhood education, then transitioned into education support for 20 years with the Kamloops School District, where I worked alongside families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support children’s growth and development.

My decade-long partnership with Insight Support Services and Education Program has allowed me to serve families in many capacities, including roles as a tutor, group facilitator, behaviour interventionist, and caregiver coach. During my years of service, I have grown certain of one fundamental truth: parents and caregivers remain the most vital and enduring figures in a child’s development. This belief is what led me to become a certified Relationship Development Intervention (RDI®) Consultant.

My Approach

Every child is unique, and every family has their own story. Rather than focusing only on changing behaviours, RDI® helps caregivers build the relationship and thinking skills that allow children to become more confident, flexible, resilient, and independent over time.

My role is to coach and support caregivers so they feel confident using practical strategies in everyday life. Together, we’ll celebrate successes, work through challenges, and create goals that fit your family’s needs.
