I’m Shu Xi, a certified RDI® (Relationship Development Intervention) consultant. I’m here to walk alongside families of children with autism and developmental differences — through a journey that isn’t always easy, but is full of meaning.
I believe real change happens at home — in the smallest, most ordinary moments. That’s why my work centers on partnering with parents: helping you rediscover that precious guiding bond with your child, and turning everyday life into the very ground where your child learns to think flexibly, regulate emotions, and navigate challenges.
