About Zhongzheng

Dr Lan is a psychiatrist with over ten years of experience caring for children and adults with complex mental health needs. He works with a multidisciplinary team in a tertiary mental health clinic in Singapore, with a special focus on Autism. He supports families of children on the spectrum, especially those with challenging behaviours and co-occurring mental health issues.

Formerly a volunteer marital and trauma therapist, he now hopes to reach more families through Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) and his years of clinical experience, empowering parents to strengthen their relationship with their children so that both child and family can thrive together.

He embraces a holistic approach — caring for mind, body, emotions, relationships, and spirit — and is committed to supporting parents and children with Autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions in building deeper connections.
